Return Policy


We will happily accept returns on unworn merchandise with tags, shipped within 14 days of Canada Post delivering your purchase. Please ship back your items you want refunded with your order number provided. We will send a refund as soon as we receive your order. 

The clothing must have labels still attached. Must have original receipt of purchase included. The item you are wanting to return must be wrapped and the return number written on the outside of your package. The return number will be the same number as your order number (found in the top corner of your receipt).

Shipping on all returns are at the customer's expense. Please do not send item C.O.D. or we will deduct that amount from your refund. Return to Sender shipping fees will also be deducted from any refunds. 

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. 


If you would like another size or colour, please return the original item as described under the returns section above and place a new order for the item you want. We will issue a refund once we receive your returned item. 

If there is a manufacturer defect and its within 3 months from original date of purchase, (zippers are not included in any warranty)  please email us at and we will assess the defect and if it is authorized, we will then issue a return number.  We won't accept anything back without the original sales receipt or return number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 

Christmas Gifts

Please indicate in the notes on your order that the item is intended as a Christmas Gift and we will accept returns for unworn merchandise, tags attached, provided you include the receipt and ship your item before January 4th.
