Q: How do I return something?

We want you to love your new clothes! If you are not completely satisfied, you are more than welcome to return your order for a full refund. We have a 30 day return policy. You can view our full return policy and all info regarding refunds and returns here

Q: How much does shipping cost?

We offer free expedited shipping on orders over $100 in Canada. All orders under $100 have a flat rate charge of $13.75 Shipping for all US orders is $25.00. You can view our full shipping policy here

Q: How long does shipping take?

We pack and ship all our orders from Nelson, BC. It generally takes us about 2-3 business days to get your order on its way to you. We use Canada Post to ship all order. It takes 2-10 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped for you to follow along!

Q: Can I request Xpress shipping?

We currently only have an Expedited shipping option which is 2-10 business days depending on where in Canada you are. Please send us an email if you have an event or a trip planned, and we can do our best to pack your order as fast as we can to get it on its way to you!

Q: My tracking number isn't working! Help!

Don't worry! We're here for you and will help you each step of the way until your package is delivered. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to be scanned into Canada Post's system. If your order was shipped over the weekend, your tracking number will work on Monday.

 Q: Do you have a retail store as well?

Yes, we do! We're located at 535 Baker Street in Nelson, BC and we've been here since 2011. Come visit us!
