Shipping policy

We ship all orders with Canada Post or FedEx

• Orders over $140: FREE Expedited Shipping (2-10 business days)
  
• Orders under $140: $15.00 Expedited Shipping (2-10 business days)
• We currently only ship within Canada

All orders under $140 (subtotal) will have a $15.00 shipping fee. This includes orders with discounts, gift cards, and sale prices. 

Handling time is 2-3 business days, or 3-5 business days during our busy season. Thank you for your patience with our small, family-owned and operated business! Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at vibenelsonbc@gmail.com immediately. 

Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. You can track your order via the tracking number sent to your email after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for the delivery of your package to the wrong address as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Orders with incorrect addresses which are returned to us will be followed up for the correct address and an additional $15.00 shipping fee will be required to reship your package.

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at vibenelsonbc@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations can be made if your order has already been packed or shipped.
