Refund policy

We offer free Canada Post return shipping labels for all eligible returns with a $10 return fee per order. You can get your return label through our return portal here

If you are not completely happy with your clothes, you are more than welcome to return them for a full refund. We have a 30-day return policy window. This means you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ship back any returns you want to make. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn and with any tags still attached.

Sale items

Items in our sale collection are final sale.

To start a return, enter your order number and email address in the returns portal to access your order. You can then select which items you want to return, and you will receive a Canada Post return label by email. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your return refund.

If you would like to ship your return back yourself without using our return label, please mail your package back to us with your order number included in the package. Our mailing address is:

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve processed your return. Refunds take 2-4 business days after we receive your package. Items in our sale collection can not be returned or exchanged. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at vibenelsonbc@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations can be made if your order has already been packed or shipped.

Price Matching

We will price match if the item you ordered goes on sale within 7 days of placing your order.

We do not price match for Black Friday, Boxing Day, or BOGO sales.
